1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "JJ77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the JJ77 online gaming platform and its operators, accessible at jj77.one.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the JJ77 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the JJ77 platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate in real-money gaming on JJ77. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. JJ77 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all associated funds forfeited.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active JJ77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.5 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. JJ77 must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement. JJ77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a standard requirement in the online gaming industry and is consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

3.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).

3.4 Right to Request Additional Information. J J77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. JJ77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on JJ77 is ₱100. JJ77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. JJ77 aims to process approved withdrawals within minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your JJ77 account dashboard. JJ77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. JJ77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds to their source. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the player's verified name.

4.6 Transaction Fees. JJ77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which JJ77 bears no responsibility.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. JJ77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by JJ77 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your JJ77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. JJ77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. JJ77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. JJ77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG. All games available on the JJ77 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. JJ77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

6.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game on JJ77 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JJ77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the JJ77 platform — including but not limited to the JJ77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of JJ77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. JJ77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JJ77 content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the JJ77 name, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes, in marketing materials, or in any manner that implies endorsement by JJ77, without prior written consent from JJ77.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. JJ77 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. JJ77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, JJ77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Cap on Liability. JJ77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JJ77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in real-money gaming on JJ77 entirely at your own risk. JJ77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your JJ77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

10.2 JJ77's Right to Suspend or Terminate. JJ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, JJ77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law and regulation.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JJ77 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with JJ77 customer support.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
